Our Story
Rum and the Caribbean Islands have been together for many generations. The tropical climate and breezy sun kissed coasts have always been perfect for relaxing and enjoying rum.
St Thomas, also known as “Rock City”, is in the heart of the Caribbean and is world renowned as a jewel of the US Virgin Islands. Years ago, one of St Thomas’ sons, desired to create a unique rum that is distilled on island. Rock City Rum understands that recipes are the key to any rum and through careful attention, the recipe for Rock City Rum was perfected and is available today.
Proudly distilled on St Thomas, Rock City Rum is created with an individual taste profile with molasses and other natural ingredients while maintaining the 80 proof “island pour” pop of a strong delicious rum drink.
We are so excited to present our Rock City Rum and our amazing Rock City Rum Punch to visitors and locals to enjoy! Rock City Rum Bar and Distillery is the spot to visit in Charlotte Amalie and we are at 41-42 Norre Gade, nestled just behind the historic Fort Christian on the St Thomas waterfront.
